As part of our continual improvement programme to maintain excellence within PWS, we have invested in a new automated paint facility. Our objective has been to improve quality and service for our customers, while continuing to offer our large range of products, and extensive paint palette.

CONSISTENT QUALITY AND FINISH
Our high-quality paint is machine measured and mixed for consistency. It is applied to all surfaces within a highly controlled atmosphere, ensuring the highest quality finish.
CONSISTENT LEAD TIME
Multiple factors from our ordering process, controlled factory environment, precision paint mixing and large drying facility, mean we can achieve consistent lead times.
GREATER CAPACITY
The combination of a highly automated line for volume components and hand spray booths for more complex products, has improved our efficiency and increased paint line capacity.
QUICKER THROUGHPUT
Our robotic paint line can run up to five meters a minute and requires no handling of wet components. The machine paints and dries, enabling the product to be painted on both sides on the same day.
CLEANER ENVIRONMENT
Our huge focus on dust extraction and air filtration, ensures the air in the building is cleaned every 50 minutes.
